I get the feeling Coventry will get an equaliser and it’ll go to ETCoventry had the better of that half. Sunderland are playing the same tactics as the first leg, defending deep and trying to hit them on the break. They've been pretty poor at it so far though.
There may be more opportunity as the game progresses, because Coventry will have to take more chances, but I wouldn't like to call this one.
Imagine one of these two in the PL. Unbelievable Jeff. Coventry one shot on target 64% of possession, Grimesy statting gloriously. The ghost of Swansea past.I see nothing in either of these sides that says to me they'll worry Sheffield United in the final. Coventry look blunt up front, and Sunderland can't string a pass together.
This division is piss poor, let's be honest.
It just goes to prove that if you get a good start to the season - and they did - you can sort of just linger in the playoff positions and stay there, even if you fall off a cliff in the second half of the season.Just like the Wurzels, what are Sunderland doing in the play offs? They are a shambles of a football team.

They lost their last five of the regular season and only scored one in the last six. That’s terrible form by any measure. It just goes to prove that if you get a good start to the season - and they did - you can sort of just linger in the playoff positions and stay there, even if you fall off a cliff in the second half of the season.
