• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Cov spent £24M on transfers to finish just above us and take our leader of defenders
Looked up their transfers and yep your right. That gained them an extra 5 points this season. 69 this season 64 last season. Just goes to show splashing the cash doesnt necessarily mean ......

That said they were by far the better team over 2 legs

On the subject of splashing the cash I have a feeling we are going to be doing that this season. Already 10 spent on Widell and Inoussa

So glad that Coventry didn't do it 😁
Nothing to do with Grimes being their! I just found in recent seasons that they have been the most arrogant bunch of fans down our place.

Tell you what, Galbraith would fit us like a glove. Can play as a 6 and provide cover at RB. Lovely player

I can see the appeal of Galbraithe.. although a bit lightweight for the Championship. Quick creative and good passing range

What a great game. Great advertisement for hoofball, er I mean football

Who needs midfield players when you can just hoof it down the wings, or, hoof it up to/into the penalty box

Charlton v Wycombe is fast and furious, but not much else. It's been mostly hoofball, although Charlton have got the ball down and tried to play some football in the last fifteen minutes. It's very tight, one mistake could decide it.
