All jokes aside, he's certainly out of his depth and a bit of a deluded narcissist, but I can imagine he's tidy enough to speak with.

Throughout the annals of history, all conmen are charming.

How?

Can understand people not rating him but he’s a top bloke.

In fairness he doesn't come across as a cùnt, maybe a bit detached from the reality of his situation and a bit smarmy, but probably not a cùnt...

By all accounts it takes Russy a quarter of an hour to get out of his new (club sponsored) house in upper Killay, which is in a gated community.
He goes out of his house, then sideways, backwards, sideways, then back to the house to start again.

I did laugh 😂

Why? He strikes me as quite the opposite. Falls out with anyone that doesn't adore him, never takes the blame for anything, obviously thinks the world of himself and gets visibly upset if anyone questions him.

Seems quite objectionable to me.

What kind of bloke he is is neither here or there. It's his effect on Seansea City I'm concerned about, and on that front he's been a feckin disaster. With more than a little help from our dogshyte owners.

Since when has being nice been an attribute to management, not that Russ is so. His treatment of young players is striking .

His Bristol City chat really exposes him. We can't practice crosses into the box to defend because we have nobody who throws the ball that far and the last three teams we've played have better form than us 😅

He's up there with the worst in the league for tantrums and abusing officials on the touchline. Comes across as thin-skinned and more than a bit vindictive/spiteful in how he treats his players. Has some very... competitive qualities that probably served him well in his playing career but create more problems than they solve in management.

Young man who needs to grow up imo.

This.

He is almost a clone of Monk. Affable until you do something that displeases him, then the true nature reveals itself and he becomes a total c*nt.
