Postecoglu is another 'process' manager. It was to our benefit of course, but he's gone into Forest with a season already underway and immediately tried to get them to play his preferred style of football, even though it was a disaster at Spurs. Now Forest can't buy a win. Same with Amorim at United. It worked for him at one club, so he's not budging even when it's clearly a disaster in the PL.

For me the greatest manager of all time is Carlo Ancelotti and that's basically his whole thing.
