• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Parker needs a loan to the fucking conference

This is as bad as anything under duff or Williams.
Owners will need to make a big decision if this carries on for a few more games as it's nowhere near good enough

We went from cruising at 1-0 with a host of missed chances to clinging on for a draw and shootout against Argyle with zero shots on target in the second half

I’m not in a bad mood mush I see it for what it is…a cup game with a load of changes which leads to a totally disjointed performance..nothing more.
It's not far off a starting 11.

No semblance of a game plan, can't pass, can't run, can't tackle.

If you aren't worried by this (and frankly by most of what we've seen so far this season) then fair enough but Williams would've been crucified for this

I’d take a bet on Fisher not saving a single pen. Plymouth to go through and they should.

Aye to be fair, since we won it, this is pretty much par for this tournament.

Fuck me if that's the standard of the Swedish national team then fair play. Widdel looks like a rabbit in headlights

Bit early to be pulling the trigger but I never thought Sheehan would return us back to unimaginative walking pace football. I expected us to be far more aggressive so I’m surprised tbh.

When was the last time we had a penalty shootout? Can’t think of a recent one at all. Was it the Barnsley playoff final?

Shocking touch by Parker it only took a light touch to set himself and instead he met it with the grace of a sledgehammer
