• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Millwall are a horrible side anywhere.
I meant more to come up against in fairness. Although, even down here we’ve absolutely outplayed them a few times and they still manage to get something. That game with 2 OGs under Martin should be studied as an incident of divine intervention.

I thought we played well, especially with how lethargic we looked at the start.
Sometimes there's only so much you can do when the opposition put 34 crosses and 65 long balls up to players who are about 2 foot taller than yours.

Even Widell looked wiped out. Seen as an excuse? I think it was clear, 4 games in 8 days. 3 being away. It's a lot to ask a team that is all about pressing to perform that.

Gutted for Vigs after a performance like that. What a keeper. I thought it was a great contest on the whole. A lot to take away from it.

Annoying to lose like that, but their giraffes were always the likely threat. Our own attacking threat still isn't adequate. I understand why Ronald is a starter as Inoussa currently offers bugger all.

Inoussa is scared of his own shadow and won't take anyone on. Must be a confidence thing with him but if he's got the talent, he needs to start showing it

Norwich losing at home is a boost.

Blackburn and Charlton cancelled each other out as well.

The overall damage of today could have been worse.

Let's sack the FA Cup off, play a load of kids and smash into Birmingham on 17 Jan.
