This Thread is for all you Swansea City Funsters to discuss the match we play on Saturday v Stoke at 3pm, or as we used to call it the town near Alton Towers. The game has been given a cat B status which a tad rubbish because it’s not the most attractive fixtures for either side. Cat C would have been a lot better.

Anyway I can see this being put on the Key Workers site. Hopefully there will be a boost to the crowd because it was great having over 20,000 Jacks at the Snoop Dogg Memorial Match v the Preston North Enders Franchise. If we had played better in the first half the crowd would have been bouncing throughout. That would then make a difference. Stoke took 2,100 to Coventry so I’m not expecting many away followers from the Potteries.

This thread will have the usual posters, posting with their amazing insight and footballing knowledge. 🤨There will be a post on the match referee and the usual form, head to head and standings after the midweek catch-up match between Hull and Ipswich has been played. Any articles from journalists and the 2 respective clubs regarding the Swans v Stoke match will be put onto this thread for easy access.

I hate the term must win but this game is not far off it imo. We've got a very tough 5 game run after this and the closer we get to 50 points the better.

We don't want to get dragged into anything.

Predictions. Its 2-1 win.

Biggest threat Sorba Thomas - So would be overloading left side. Will Ward have the legs?

Vig
Ward - Cabango - Burgess - Tymon
Stamenic - Galbraith - Franco
Widell - Eom

I agree that the Galbraith at RB experiment has got to end now. We've got Ward or Key to fill in, I know Thomas is a threat but Galbraith hasn't been amazing defensively at full back, he's worth much more in midfield.
