A good win, a great second goal but the final result and the stats are lying. We were bang average at best and our attack makes the eyes bleed. This is the best we can achieve from this squad and an upgrade is needed.
Agree on upgrade. But I thought we played well. When it's 10 men and them sitting back, and an experienced manager. We did really well. Let's enjoy the result

Midfield balance needs to be looked at along with getting some decent wingers in.

Once the sending off happened then the whole picture changed for us thankfully.

Yeah, really nice to see how the team and particularly Vigs almost forced him to take the first round of fist pumps from the crowd.

He really needed that and looks a player again.
I noticed. I hope this gives him confidence. To be fair he was unfortunate not to start the last game. It must be the new head band he wears, 🤔🤔😁😁😜

We seem to have a lot of players who can't do the basics, it's baffling. Like Nunes, can't hit a shot at goal unmarked from eight yards out. Like several today who couldn't hit a five yard pass with the correct pace so that an opposition player couldn't intercept it. Ronald (Mr Shin) who hasn't yet worked out that you've got to get half a yard on your marker before you try to get a shot or cross away. Cullen, on the break with three players ahead of him, running and running, half passing then not, and eventually weakly giving the ball away.
It makes watching very, very hard.....

Welcome three points but an awful performance, really starting to look like the Duracell bunny as the season tails off.
New batteries required.
I really disagree.

I think we were a bit wasteful and we were sloppy with some passing and decision making but for me that’s the first time I thought we have the beginning of a formation and style that could go in to be a genuine force for next season.

Please God they stick to that as a shape - it works so much better and allows the space to let the energy shine through.

A few games of that and we could really start to look good.

I thought Key was fantastic today btw. What a difference with him there and Galbraith in the midfield. Galbraith and Stamenic was great together which they weren’t earlier in the season. Rather than get in each others way they created space for each other. I think Franco with those two is a bit samey but those two with Cullen or Widell could really work. And Eom did well as well together with Tymon on the left. Wish we could get some end product out of Ronald.

Really enjoyed today. And Cullen’s Jonjo / trunds impersonation was the icing on the cake.

Remind me of the score?

The stats and the score say we got a lot of the basics right today.

He’s just trolling

That’s basically the season done now. We’ll pick up a few more points one way or another, so may as well chuck the kitchen sink at every game and try for a 30 point miracle.

Galbraith and Stamenic with Walta as the creative 10 or similar.......it's looking quite clear now.

A RB who stays on the right offers more balance. Galbraith at RB is just a square peg in a round hole in this team.

Might not have been the perfect performance but encouragingly the shape of the team looked better today.
