• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

The three teams currently occupying the relegation slots have one thing in common.
They are three teams we have beaten.
Further evidence(for me anyway) to keep feet firmly on the floor right now.

When we beat Leicester later today it will be due to the wind and not our team and managers efforts.

Why do some people struggle to praise what we are doing?

It’s because we haven’t yet done anything overly impressive and we aren’t performing consistently quite yet. I do think that’ll happen sooner or later though, if we beat Leicester today with a good performance everyone deserves major praise.

The fact is though, people are looking at more than just the table, they’re looking at how we’re playing and at the fact the teams we’ve beaten this season are currently the worst performing ones. Add to that our habit of conceding late in halves and you can see the underlying reasons for caution.

Some right moaning bastards on here of late. The club is on an up and it's still not enough.

Like winning a million quid and complaining you want it in £20 notes not £50's
