• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I always liked you Daps... 🤣 Seriously though, I dont read his posts, so I have no idea what hes saying. Hes either really stupid or really bad at trolling. Either way,I dont care.
Doesn't care yet I'm on ignore, far too sensitive.

The fact that 8 games in and only the top 5 clubs have managed to win half their games means that this season will be a competitive one at the very least.
It's also common sense to understand this team is also in a transitional phase in a very competitive league.

By a strange coincidence, all the teams in the bottom three are playing right now. 👀 Sheff Utd dont look bad so far. I wouldnt be surprised to see them at the other end of the table in April.

Well the 3 teams we beat were at the time bottom 3.....it's a fact.

You need to adapt your thoughts that not everything is a dig or a criticism.
It is when it comes from the same people, consistently.

Take yourself as an example. The Blackburn game you weren’t going to watch the second half, I’m not going Saturday, blah blah.

Im in the thought, you watch it through thick and thin. Good or bad results. We can all moan and or praise the team. I'm sure if we lose later I'll be moaning but too many fans on this forum who can't enjoy the moment. I hate the whole we have only beaten this team in this position etc. Not sorry, I'm in the Smurph camp 🔥👍

If you can't support us when aren't winning, don't bother turning up when we do.

It's the curse of the modern day football fan, they wan't instant success, also some people just enjoy being miserable.

It is curse of modern day football. My biggest complaint is when people leave matches early due to the score. Never done that myself. We might go into the international break further down the table and 2 weeks of people saying we was shit and Sheehan should go. Or we could win and be in a nice position. Whatever happens if people want instant success then they should go and support another team.

I often wonder if they leave the cinema 10 minutes before the end of the film.

If you want to see how insane this place really is, tune later if we lose, and watch folks calling me a happy clapper because Im not complaining enough.

In a division where its universally accepted anyone can beat anyone, league position is not really important, form is probably more relevant.

Doesn't form and league position go hand in hand?
