• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I’m really proud of us tonight so far.

They have players that are in a different class to ours but we’ve not lain down at any point,
yep done well, but fedfence just before and for the goal left their men again....but cple of subs 2nd half who knows COYS

Grossly unfortunate own goal that
We were superb that half though
A top save kept us from going two up

Widell I’ve been keeping an eye on and he is having an excellent game so is Galbraith and Franco

Great performance so far, I hope Sheezy doesn't wait until we fall behind to get some fresh legs on and give them something different to think about.
Vip for Idah obviously, and maybe Ronald for Inoussa.
I thought Idah's card was ridiculous. Can't a bloke tackle his opponent now?

Irrespective of tonight’s result there has already been some pluses, Widdel and Casey are more than capable of starting in the league
Think you got to start Widell on Saturday. But also understand if he doesn't due to playing this match. Looking like the player we all thought he would be. Smith looking really good as well. Can't really fault any player. Even Key is doing well. Again, irrelevant of the result. I'll take this half and the positives.

I take it those at home won't be switching over to The Traitors yet? ;)
Doesn’t start for 15 minutes mun.

But no.

And I suspect for both Monnie and I, we could be losing 6 nil and we wouldn’t switch over.

If we are three down in the 88th minute I’m always still thinking ‘if we can get a quick one back we stand a chance with injury time …’

Really disappointed with Inoussa, not just tonight but all season, the classic luxury player
