• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I was just thinking, jesus, it must be depressing stuff for them, fair play for them making the journey down here on a Sunday, it's a bit of a trek.

Almost as depressing as living in Sheffield.
I really like Sheffield, as a city. Ditto Leeds. Not so keen on Yorkies.

Yeah, I'm being unfair. Only visited once for two nights but thought it was really rough the first night we got there. Not explored it beyond the city centre.

Sheffield, Leeds and Stoke are probably the most depressing places I've ever had the misfortune of spending time in.

I really like Sheffield, my son is studying there and absolutely loves it

Today had every chance of being a banana skin. But the lads did their jobs and were professional, Wednesday were limited but you can only beat what’s in front of you
I totally agree, but much much harder games to come and still a lot of work to do,so whilst looking up we need consistancy now and see what happens,
well done today lads back in positive goal differance as well

The city centre itself is in a much, much better state than Swansea's is. It cannot be overstated how much of a colossal cock up it was not to replace what was lost in WW2, but to build brutalist monstrocities instead.
