Honest I feel like giving up on them. But I just can't. It's only football bit it's also people's lives. How the fuck do we perform so well for 15 minutes and then drop off.

Because we are not fit enough to keep it going. And they stepped up the urgency at which point we were just left with our players not being as good as theirs.

A lot of them certainly are League 1 players. Ronald is league 2 on a good day. Trouble is, Inoussa looks like a poor Ronald.

So I thought the first half we showed energy and urgency (until about 25 minutes) but no composure.

The problem was in the second half they matched our energy and urgency at which point we just had the no composure bit left.

That was as poor a half of football as I’ve seen us play for a long time. And there’s some real crap to compare it with.

Our players are simply outclassed by pretty much everyone we play.

Our summer recruitment is looking awful. We’ve brought in players that aren’t good enough.

Even Galbraith was bloody dreadful second half.

Idah, shocking.

Burgess, shocking.

Inoussa shocking.

Widell shocking.

And the legacy players - Cullen is a waste of time. And Franco, who had a storming first half, just was not fit enough to continue it and resorted to play acting.

I have no idea what Matos can do with this lot. It would help if he had a coaching team. This needs sorting out quickly as we are only going down at present.

But apart from that?

Can’t really challenge you on any points.

Our recruitment has been crap for ages hasn't it. Their striker was plucked from the Norwegian leagues in the summer and bagged a brace. Our signings struggle to get two over the whole season.

Only positive to take from today was the Matos has had very little time to work with the players, we had a small glimpse of what he wants from the players.

Seen more effort in certain parts of the game that we have for a while.

Next week is huge and will tell us of this manager and players are up to keeping us in this league.

If it wasn't for that first 15-20 mins, I'd be completely bereft of any hope, but purely on the strength of that I will give this sorry shower of shite this week to prove they can take that and stretch it out over 90 mins.

But if we can't do that and we can't get at least 4 points from two other crap teams then I'm done. I'll have no silver linings left to offer.

Even today you're still saying you don't believe they're League 1 players, well right now we a fag paper away from being in the drop zone. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, etc.
