The question needs to be asked, did he look better than Key?
I don't believe he was overall.
Also another question, does he get that back up RB spot before Lissah for next season?
I would say no also given the season that Lissah as had and how his reputation has grown whilst out on loan. It will also be of benefit that Lissah is mainly a CB so will help to cover there and RB next season.

Parker can certainly benefit from a loan in the same way that Lissah has this season.....Falkirk again!?
I agree with the last part in particular.

He needs 30-40 games of senior football next season.

When he had Ronald in front of him he looked no worse than Key.
I wonder what Key would have looked like with a Cullen no show ahead of him.

Exactly.

Also a bit mad to expect a 19 year old making his 12th senior appearance to 'look better' than a 26 year old with over 230 games of senior football under his belt. A better question would be did he look like he had the potential to look better than Key in time? I'd say the answer to that is yes, although it's really too early to make that judgement.

It's a tough one to say regards potential but really we need to be looking to see if he would be a better option over Key for next season....probably not at this stage.
Lissah could certainly be a better option than Key after a top season with Falkirk.

It's great seeing a younger player come in, he will certainly progress and improve but he is clearly not going to be a regular next season.
I think the club will be far more eager to see Lissah this summer before Parker, let's not forget that the coaches will be seeing Parker throughout the week training.

It certainly done Parker no favours by having no one in front of him and that was highlighted quite a bit since the game. It was also clear that Parker was up against a very good player who went off injured and then coincided with Parker getting into the game.
Parker got caught out a handful of times positional wise but that was to be expected of someone so young.
As above, I agree that Parker needs a good season playing as regularly as he can....that won't be with us next season.
