Just sat through the new Jimmy Saville documentary on Netflix, fckn appalling( not the program) And just yet more evidence of police/establishment cover up.
To think I wrote to him when I was 9, I was a good looking kid he'd have smashed the life outa me.

I am cringing at Steve Coogan playing him......he's bound to inadvertently make him look funny.

Too many didn't speak out against Saville.
He should have been shot the nonce.

My cousin, who was well-connected in the meeja, tipped me off about Savile decades ago. Mind you, she outed Cliff in the same conversation and that hasn't been proven.

Ha, not quite Glyn.
There is a funny clip on YouTube where there was a discussion on Savile, someone rung in saying he was a nice guy, and that Savile had tought him how to milk a cow blindfolded. The penny didn't drop for the presenter it was a wind up.

I met him around 1977/78 when he opened the South Wales Motor Show in Aberdare. He was wandering around in a red tracksuit with some entourage and said something to us when we walked towards him.
