Thoughts on our midfield today without hourihan... More balanced?

absolutely, although i get hounded for saying it. CH at 10 or not at all

Oh here we go again, you don't get hounded for it at all - nobody has disagreed with that

Its just that is not what you say half the time

We're definitely better in open play without him. But then we lose his goals, which are more important. It's a difficult headache for Cooper.

I’d prefer to play better and see goals from across the team that play badly and relying on a set piece or wonder goal from Hourihane.

Set pieces the only danger, they ain't playing through us. Our front 2 need to do more, closing down defenders but little else.

Have we seen peak Lowe? He can't even make a simple pass. Obviously a confidence player with no confidence. Ayew is simply not as good as the hype and never has been.

There we are. All true, but if that can't get a goal out of the pair of buggers, nothing will.

he looks absolutely knckered. What on earth are JL and AA giving us at the moment that whittaker and arriola couldnt. A game out would do them the world of good

Was Hourihane not playing vs Bristol then? How many games has he not played in for you to make this judgement by the way? Or are you making that statement based on one half of football because that would be hilarious.

Cabango, Roberts, Fulton, Ayew.

I'd agree with Fulton and possibly Cabango. Ayew? Crazy

Ayew has been consistently sh*t for a good while... if it’s consistency we’re looking for

Front two have been very poor, I'd be tempted to sub lowe and put on hourihan at ten with ayew as lone striker.

Looks the obvious move . What do we know eh ?

If Cooper goes 4 at the back then we can accommodate Hourihane as a wide player.

Woodman

Roberts
Bennett
Guehi
Manning

Smith
Grimes
Fulton

Lowe
Ayew
Hourihane

Play Lowe ot Right and Hourihane out left. I know people say that Guehi can't play in a flat 4 but that was when he was first with us and was in his early steps of first team football.

I guess it's a risk Cooper is unwilling to take but you'd of though he would of tried it on the training ground.

I think we just have to seal this deal now. No time for maybes and hard luck tales we often see in that shithole. Just have to do it.

Well, it's not but if you want to think it is then that's up to you.
