Take Bidwell off now he's booked, bring on Gibbs-White. Go 4 at the back and have two of Smith, Grimes or Fulton sitting deep to help out. MGW will create chances for Ayew and Lowe

I would have started by pulling one of the defensive midfielders back to the centre of defence and bring on Dhanda or MGW instead. Odd choice of change from Cooper.
