Bennett and Guehi need to get their act together.
Overall a poor performance.
Smith for Grimes?!?
The Americans for Ayew & Lowe.
I like Naughton as a full back but he’s no CB. riding our luck atm.

I'd go with Smith for Fulton and the funny running yank for Lowe. Ayew is doing the square root of feck all, but that's perfectly normal for him so I'd leave him on for the one good thing he can do each game. I'd much prefer Cabango instead of Naughts, but that seems a waste of a sub in this match. It's more about us needing to move the ball quicker around the forest press than individuals anyway. If we don't change tempo and be a bit more direct it doesn't matter who he brings on.

I will never forget New years day 1991. we beat Rotherham 5-0 at home in the league. We played them the following week in the FA cup, again at home, and drew 0-0. The replay was 2 weeks later and we got stuffed 4-0. Funny old game.

i feel like a broken record but Ayew anonymous again. We cannot keep playing him in the hope he does one thing per match - he cant even retain the ball or pass to one of us. Get him off ffs. At least Lowe runs the channel and holds the ball

Been a pretty frustrating first half, zero crosses from the side with the most crosses in the league and zero shots on target. We just haven't had the intensity to our game right now that we need to unsettle this forest defensive line. Cooper needs to kick some asses at half time

Forest have done a great job shutting us down down the right, nothing going to come in from there. On the left we’re beating ourselves. Pretty laboured so far, Grimes needs help and we need to work on movement from throw-ins, but that’s nothing new.

Who would take 0-0 here? If I have learned anything watching us over the years its that things can always get worse.
