• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

I would call it a smash and grab but that would imply that there was some smash involved.

Still I said it a couple of weeks ago after the draw with Brentford and I will say it again, grinding out results when the team are collectively having a shocker is the sign of a promotion/championship winning side. At least in the BBC interview Cooper very much admitted that we were awful so there is no false praise anywhere for the side to hide behind.

Still though, 1 point behind Brentford with two games in hand while also keeping pace with Norwich (5pts behind and also two games in hand) is leaving us with a very favourable position.

Young Connor came good...

fckin pitiful.

Bidwell back to his **** self. They are a bunch of diving moaning cunts mind.

Not enough in us to keep up with the top two im afraid

You, mush, are an absolute fucking beauty

the performance was shocking

bidwell was fackin awful

final sentence aside, what part of that do you disagree with donkey?

They didn’t particularly look like beating us tonight. That was down to us I reckon, contained them a treat. We were lacking a little cutting edge, and with defence systems in teams being what they are, if you haven’t got that little extra, scoring gets a lot more difficult imo. Anyway, let’s hope that next game doesn’t show us deliver a load of flair and accuracy, and lose!

Why final sentence aside? Is it cause you realise how much of a cunt it makes you look?

It’s one thing airing disappointment at a performance but your behaviour is not just pathetic but downright vile. Bidwell had the assist for the goal you dick

We won, are third in the table with two games in hand over the two teams above us and people are bickering over whether certain individuals were shit this evening.
I fucking love football 🤣

yeah truly vile that is, you absolute fckin snowflake. Not one player came out with any credibility tonight (save as for Roberts) - you and everyone would be saying the same had the goal not been scored so stop taking the moral high ground. I have continually argued that, for the most part, our football has been great this year. That however, after a decent break in the circumstances, was shocking. If you actually care to review the thread you will see i commented that winning like that is the sign of a promotion side. 'Vile' fackin hell

yeah that answers it

That game could have, and almost was, an absolute banana skin. Credit to Hughton, excellent organisation, but these are the kind of games we'd have probably lost last season. Onwards etc..

We did. We lost that exact game last season, with a Grabban breakaway. This year he made a horses arse of it when 3 against 1 from a corner and Connor popped up to have his say. If we'd lost, or even drawn serving up that kind of crap, we'd have all been right to pile in. It was absolutely awful. A win, however, excuses any performance and so well done everyone. As you say, banana skin and almighty crash into the buffers avoided. Train rolls on.
