We have a weak squad but we absolutely have to play better than we have recently & that's down to Williams. Utter shite

Nah, sorry. We have plenty of very talented players to achieve at least mid-table in the Championship. Decent keeper. Our CBs actually can be decent when not being told to f**k around. Grimes is a good passer of the ball but has been used wrongly for a long time...and is NOT a captain. Decent midfielders, Franco and Bianchini good. We are weak upfront but Cullen seems to have risen to the occasion.

The amount of times we see our players f**king around for the sake of it, turning back when there's a forward pass on, etc...has lost us a lot of points over the years.

We have about 5 good players in my opinion. The rest are not championship level. And, a squad composes of the 11 and the bench etc, so I don't think we have. Each to his own but that's how I've felt all season.
Having a turnip like Williams in charge doesn't help.

Case in point - 3 nil down with 4 mins left and Vig short passes his goal kick rather than belting it upfield.

Slow passing among centre-halves, out to Grimes, back to centre-halves, slowly out wide to static wide player facing his own goal with 3 defenders on him.. Back to Grimes whose dropped behind the back line, out to centre-halves. Opposition standing off as we're not threatening at all. Ball occasionally drops into central areas, then quickly back to centre-halves, then slowly out to static wide players facing their own goal. Central attacking players might as well not be on the pitch.

Repeat until you forget that football wasn't always like this and this is just how it has to be forever and ever, amen.

He's very good creating those sublime little one-twos with Grimes wherever ball goes forwards and backwards....just adds so much to the game. He does little going forward, overrated in my opinion.

So he'll be in charge for at least another 2 weeks until the window is shut and we can't get any other manager in because they'll be stuck with this squad. Not that we're going to sign anyone anyway.

Things are just looking a bit flat at the moment, having a thin squad and players involved who are not fully fit doesn't help.

Williams needs to pick this lot up and the board needs to pick some players up ASAP to freshen things up.

Things are certainly not good at present and it can't be argued with.

No hiding from this one. We need to get on with the important things now and freshen up what looks like a small and tired squad.

The players have given up. And so has Williams.

This is not a "signing or two" fix. It's broken.
