Season 24/25 | The Official Match Thread | Plymouth 1 Swansea 2 | The EFL Championship

Obafemi!
Think today's appearance has just answered the question as to what went wrong down here.

I was taken aback at Obafemi's....portly visage...

Has he had health issues or has he just decided to be a fat bastard now?

You’re right.
Martin callously shunned and ostracised him for his sleep apnoea illness. Left him rotting on the sidelines, regardless. He never recovered.
A better manager would have leveraged the undoubted latent talents - the fella always put in the biggest of shifts.

Yes, health issues. Sleep apnoea is a devastating thing for a talented young athlete who thrives on potent thrusts of energy and devastating pace

Diet can have a big play with sleep apnea.

I have a sneaky feeling looking at him today that I might have an idea why he has that issue.

We'd be in the playoffs if we hadn't if shit our pants the previous two games.

Madness but I've said all along we aren't far off being a top 6. Side
"Madness but I've said all along we aren't far off being a top 6. Side"

This comes up after every win.. then the next game.. reality sinks in on our patch.. the league is junk.. win 4 in a row and you're in the playoffs.. have we looked capable of winning 4 in a row, no..

Whoosh, as per.
Think, before you post is always the very best advice, most esp to certain types.
Some though, will never learn.

I would say we looked capable of winning the last 4 games.

One thing is incredibly clear to any neutral watching last night's match. Our main man, and through whom the majority of our attacks are generated, is Vigouroux. He is on the ball the most of any of our players, and I lost count of the number of his trademark clearances he made to both wings.
If he ever gets injured, I dread to think what would happen to our game plan.

Honestly play-offs were there this season.

Haven't played anywhere near our best and thrown away so many points but just be happy for a comfortable top half finish and build for next season!
It's early December and we're 4 points off the play-offs!!

Are you serious? The biggest of shifts? I used to watch him in the pre-match warm ups. He could barely be arsed to put one foot in front of the other! He was always destined to be a fat bar steward.
