• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Agree about us being better, but a win would only mask the systemic issues that plague us right now.
Depends what you mean by systemic.

If you mean the club as a whole I agree.

If you mean what is going on on the pitch I don't agree. The glaring problem is a total lack of individual quality in the opposition box. Structurally the team is defensively sound, but if you can't score goals you are up shit creek.

We've made ourselves hard to play against.😁

The problem being the opposition only needs one good minute vs our 89 minutes of possession.

Coleman get tae fuck

Williams get tae fuck

Hedge fund bastards, get tae fuck

Most of all.

BIG NOSE, GET TAE FUCK YA SELLOUT BASTARD, THIS IS ON YOU, CUNT.
The next level aye...

We had chances in that game to win but poor decision making and finishing let us down.
1st half
Franco just needs to play Vipotnik in and he is one in one with the keeper

2nd half
Peart Harris cooks the centre half down the line and crosses first time, he needs to take the ball in and have the composure to pick the player out.
Bianchini needs to bury the header.
Key needs to score when through one in one with the keeper.
The chance when the oncoming player just needs to be composed when the ball breaks from the keeper.

Confidence, luck and composure are shot now.

Again, little to no options off the bench attack wise.

Yes, club. Leadership team, recruitment team, commercial team, and so on.

Let’s just be honest and call it as it is. Williams is not good enough and the squad of players aren’t either…a squad full of sick notes , other clubs cast offs and has beens.

But on the plus side, my bets of 1- 0 or 2 - 1 to the opposition is working out nicely.

If the squad isn't up to it then you can really say much on the manager can you?

Defensively and midfield is fine but attacking wise is a problem with quality and numbers. Not scoring goals is putting massive pressure on our defence and midfield.
Paul Watson's time here as been an absolute disaster!

Millwall could easily have had 2 men sent off… the No.25 winger on a yellow.l, and then their number 5 stamped on Peart Harris when he won the free kick - which the officials missed.

Also we had 2 good shouts for penalties - Ronald in the first half and hand ball in the 2nd.

It’s just not going for us at all at the moment

Playing players out of position, and making wrong calls (substitution wise) is down to Williams though
Playing the last 20 minutes or so with no recognised striker on the pitch today again, is down to him...

The midfield certainly isn’t fine, no pace or creativity and a lack of goals from them.
