Season 24/25 | The Official Match Thread | Swansea City 0 Coventry City 2 | Att: 15,189 | The EFL Championship

Wake up to life after Matty, fella.

Far too many of our online fans are so way out of touch with our unique footballing identity nowadays. It’s now beyond painful to witness how so many shouty online types are now looking oh so bereft, with life after Matty.
We lost the last 6 with him here you big sausage

How dull are you?

Yeah, there is that 🤣. Although Willy’s probably told him it’s all part of the master plan.

FWIW, I feel a bit sorry for Luke. He’s clearly hurting and obviously isn’t losing games on purpose. It’s a brutal game though and he doesn’t seem to have any answers.
Willy’s lost his crutch, his saviour, his meal ticket. His CV is in tatters.

He’s now utterly facked, without Matty

Funnily enough as a long time season ticket holder who was at the game today (rather than an online wum) yes it was terrible but then again not as bad as the Pompey or Cardiff games where your hero played & was rubbish, fella..
..

An odd time for the club. We weren’t awful but we weren’t any good either really. A soft Ronald header seemed like the best (if not only, genuine) chance. I’m not at the point I’m genuinely panicked about relegation but I struggle to see where the goals are going to come from and who we are going to beat. Not sure the result would have been much different if Grimes was still here and played. Williams’ post match reactions seem to have a recurring theme lately in that he’s good at looking shell-shocked and pointing out what’s wrong but he’s hardly giving off any confidence in a plan to turn it around is he? Timing is dreadful since if this would have happened in December I think he’d have been gone after the October drought. He should be gone (first manager I’ve ever wanted sacked so long as I’ve supported us, think I wasn’t this against Bradley tbh) but it’s just rubbish as if we sack him then who is going to want to come in given our state with the window having closed that would be a decent manager/take us forward?

He was 'facked' with him
Manselton, you’re far better than this, I’ve seen your posts over the years and normally a voice of common sense reasoning, hard yet sensible facts. A dose of reality in many ways.

Now though, you’ve lost the plot, the focus, that simple touch with the reality of my Club.

Get with the program, Manselton, son.

Shite game, we deserved nothing. Most interesting thing going on was how the fourth official looked like the spit of Williams from where I was sitting just down the touchline. Maybe we can swap them in secret and get better that way.

Our ownership & manager are the one's that have lost the plot

Shut up you fckn tool.

Agreed. Seeing the team play exactly the same way (although probably worse with Fulton in rather than Grimes), would be extremely disappointing.
Yet another head in the sands, despite your claims (as a deflection) of taking your lad to the game today.
Too many of our online peripheral oldies fans are so Way Out of Touch (our WATS)with our current reality without Matty.
Wake up, at the back of the class.
