Anyone know what happens if they are unable to play their opening fixture? Are they expelled from the league and we have a Championship season with 23 clubs?

They will fulfil their fixtures. EFL ultimately will bail them out. Although they will have a very thin and young squad of mainly kids. Just as well Daps isn't a wendies fan

I know that a club wound up mid season has all results expunged.
What happens if a club is wound up before the season starts I don't know
Nor do I know what happens with relegation places, ie does it change from 24th-22nd relegated to 23rd-21st?
