Soft goals

We’ve conceded a few lately, the two tonight were poor defensive errors, the second one was a shocker to be fair, 5 at the back and we still can’t keep a clean sheet a solid defence is the foundation to build on, next season we need to tighten it up at the back

I think it's seven teams with less goals conceded that ourselves. However my perception is that I've been muttering words to the effect of "FFS, should have done better there" quite a few times as the ball hits the back of our net.

In fairness any decent manager(keeper surely...ed) would have saved both those goals. FFS Cooper.

It's hard to post anything without feeling angry,upset,frustrated or simply puzzled,although I am certain Cooper is ,for me ,our worst ever head coach.I wouldnt insult others by referring to him as a manager.

However,last night,the mot appalling goal keeping killed us as well as pisspoor tackling. Cooper cant be blamed for that, nor the craven performance of Naughton,seen by some as our best player,a player who turns his back on the ball ,one who has done pretty well out of our club so please no sympathy for him but our club.

What is more worrying is some seeing him as doing a good/great job.It' enough to jump into the Fiery Furnace when Jesus returns soon.

No idea,but fans of other clubs dont interest me.Im only interesting in ours and ,right now,seeing the likes of Millwall above us doesnt make me feel that sanguine.We could ask the fans of Luton ,Stoke or Hull how they feel about their clubs when they faced ours when they were bottom of the league and playing crap yet beat us.

It's a shame that you cant see it from another fans view.

It makes me realise that we are punching above our weight, still doesnt detract from the fact that over 10 months cooper still hasnt learned how to manage a game, I'm constantly touching wood that by next season he will have.

Just as an aside we have only won 4 more games than luton and hull and 2 more than stoke so its obvious that our defence has performed quite well which goes back to the opening post, yes we have conceded soft goals but not as many as the teams at the bottom
