Personally I think we are exactly where we should be.

Lots of upheaval in the summer and the team is starting to settle and I can only see is putting in much better performances between now and the end of the season.

Leeds took us apart twice last season. We should have taken at least a draw with them after going toe to toe the other week.

Agree that we've been unlucky in a handful of games and probably should have had more points from them.

But there is a counter argument to that. We beat Norwich without even having a shot on target, and thanks to Vig having a worldie in the second half where they battered us. We were lucky not to drop a couple of points at Derby last week, and we were probably fortunate in the end not to lose to Cardiff having lost our way in the second half. I also thought that we were quite fortunate to get a point from the Bristol City game as well.

I think on the whole things have balanced themselves out and it's about right where we are currently, firmly in mid-table.

I love the way we play, I’ve enjoyed almost every game this season, we’ve brought in some really good footballers but we don’t half look slow getting to and inside the final third.
If he can sort that then we’ll be flying.

A striker and winger are priority now.
Cullens new found confidence has now solved the no 10 role and a new winger will then allow Eom to push Cullen for the no 10 spot.
We get one or both of these signings right and we carry on the football we are seeing and we will put a few on one or 2 teams.
