Somebody needs to work with Eom on his finishing
Training only works for a tiny % when it comes to the art of scoring goals.

It's a fitness and confidence thing with Eom I believe. I don't see him getting a hateful but he can certainly chip in with a few throughout the season.......getting his first will be the monkey off his back.

I love the way we play, I’ve enjoyed almost every game this season, we’ve brought in some really good footballers but we don’t half look slow getting to and inside the final third.
If he can sort that then we’ll be flying.

It's my one gripe at the minute...possession is great but our tempo can be so slow the possession really doesn't impact the opposition.

Yesterday, we noticeably went up a gear and looked more effective going forward.

Ideally, we need this for larger parts of the game

The dropped points are mounting up.
2 v scum
1 v Burnley
1v Lids
2 v pompey
2 today.
No doubt thers few more lurking I've missed.
The team needs a decent phycologist to strengthen their mental application it looks like there's a clear failure there.

A striker and winger are priority now.
Cullens new found confidence has now solved the no 10 role and a new winger will then allow Eom to push Cullen for the no 10 spot.
We get one or both of these signings right and we carry on the football we are seeing and we will put a few on one or 2 teams.
Cullen wasn't at his best yesterday and Franco needs to slow down a bit and think more. Tymon had another decent game, jury is still out on Vip for me Peart-Harris is doing okish for a young lad in my eyes.
Bianchini needs to start games.

I can't understand why we put the development of other clubs players over our own.

Bianchini should be starting before MPH.

MPH is playing out of position though, Bianchini is a striker I think?

The %'s add up.
He's making good runs & getting opportunities which is promising

Agree with that

Whatever anybody says…we’ve played well over the last several games and deserved more, I’m one of the biggest critics of some of the players and manager but there’s definitely signs of improvement.
Confident now that whatever game we go into we’re capable of getting something.
A few players on January and who knows!!

Your syntax is such the giveaway from next door. Give it up, sad ol’ hypocrite.
