Well I have to say that most of the time (95% I'd say) the Swans TV stream is absolutely fine. I get the financial argument about firesticks and IPTV etc but in my experience you don't know how long your provider is going to provide and you have no comeback whatsoever if a steam gets taken down.

I agree the Swans TV whole offering needs a review and some bottoms need a bit of a larruping but I'm happy with it.

I’m happy to get a refund especially as I didn’t have an issue with the SwansTV stream on Saturday 😉

Me too, I was at the game

Just been looking at my recent credit card transactions and I've just found out that I never got the promised £5 rebate from Swans TV but instead, on Wednesday of this week I had the full £180 annual subscription refunded??? WTF are these people doing? Does this mean that next time I need to use it i.e when I'm in The Hague tomorrow 😎 that I won't be able to view the game as I no longer have a valid subscription??

I was refunded the £25 monthly amount but I was still able to view the Norwich game. If you log in you should be able to view your active subscription.

...that's if you can navigate the worst designed website ever constructed by a human. It is quite outstandingly terrible, so bad in fact the web designer should win an award.

Update, I have just checked my Active Subscriptions and can see I'm still registered for a season TV pass that expires in May 2024. In my transactions there is a £5 refund showing, yet my credit card transactions have a £180 refund. That refund was made on 25/9 so as I watched the Swans TV broadcast v Narch without problems I'm not too worried tbh

Someone's messed up, I reckon.

Just checked mine and exactly the same, shows -£5 but credit card shows -£180. Sounds like a fair enough deal to me.

Well, so long as that someone isn't picking the team, I couldn't give a stuff!

I'm no financial wizard, but I'd say you boys with a £180 credit card refund and retained access should, um, how can I put this politely...I can't...shut the fuck up.

On my card I’m showing a refund on £180 on Monday 25th Sept from Swans TV, and on the 4th Oct a pending payment of £180 to Swans TV.

He giveth with one hand and taketh away with t’other.

And then you die.
