• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

They’ve all got a stiffy over Morrison at the moment because he said they’re the ‘biggest club in Wales’….. I just pointed out that they’ll be the biggest club in league one soon. Please, please, please let this happen. 😂

They won’t even be the biggest club in league one unless both Sunderland and Sheff Wed get promoted, and maybe even Portsmouth.

What’s the obsession with being ‘big’, even if they were, which they are not. Maybe aiming to be sustainable might be a better aspiration. Biggest team in Wales is pretty pathetic isn’t it? 3 million people and they can hardly muster five figure crowds….oh yeah, MASSIVE🤣🤣🤣

Honestly, there’s something very wrong with them.

Which player of theirs would get into our team?

Absolutely not one. Not one. Last season I might have said Morrison, but what a total Jessie he is.

Yeah, that was going to be my next jab. 😂

Abbatomato at it again on twitter. Fuck me this pudding really thinks theyre a massive club doesnt he.

i love how wet they are getting at the prospect of a young manager coming in and overhauling the style of playy - imagine the three girls in defence and marlon fucking pack playing football

pre-season is the time to do it, not when you're one place above relegation and lost 8 in a row

The thought of any of them actually trying to play football....they be more likely to pass better kicking a rugby ball FFS. How very apt that would be.

I agree Mon. Also, bigging oneself up (eg clever, popular, funny, big etc.) is a sad protestation really - very tiresome! Far prefer humility, me.

They are obsessed with claiming to be the biggest club in Wales with the 'hardest' firm...why, just why 🥱😁🤣

And without ever stating facts on how they’re the biggest club. Other than an FA Cup win nearly 100 years ago, which none of their fans alive now would even remember, what have they ever done? And that’s a genuine question, because when I put it to a Cardiff fan, I never seem to get a response🙄

Have noticed that with the guy being found guilty in the Sala flight case......they are now saying it's a great result for them. The cvnts literally have no humility. Never so much a penny from them to Salas family.
The contempt this lot should be held should not be underestimated or forgotten.

I wouldn't say so, it's completely seperate, didn't Fifa Rule the deal was done? If so, they are paying regardless unless they win via appeal.

Its due to go to a CAS appeal hearing in March. If it goes against them they could be found liable for the whole £15m and get slapped with a three window transfer ban.

Here we go again......

Seaking to Wales Online, Morison explained how this was a big moment for him, as he also had what some saw as a little dig at Cardiff’s bitter rivals Swansea in the press conference ahead of the game.

“It’s huge. I’m working at the biggest club in Wales. It’s going to be really nice having that feeling. The only thing, not being a player, is I can’t do anything about it once they step over that white line.”
