Lucky or tedious, a bit like this conversation.
Yea I dont know why you'd carry on defending the expensive signing of a player that has contributed so little

Fair play, I admire your enthusiasm.Yea I dont know why you'd carry on defending the expensive signing of a player that has contributed so little

Is Benson back from AFCON & still with us?
But you don’t know the details of the signing surely to God?Yea I dont know why you'd carry on defending the expensive signing of a player that has contributed so little
We were told that Transfermarkt was virtually spot on so by that it states 6.9M Euro which is about 6M sterling. But you don’t know the details of the signing surely to God?
He may be £1m + £5m if he scores 50 and we get promoted. Judging a player on a fantasy fee I have always found strange.
As the other poster showed, he’s literally done more to contribute to goals per minute on the pitch than any of our players.

I argued black and blue that the Mykolo fee wasn't 2M but was told that Transfermarkt was as good as it got for fees.
Do I believe that!? No! but let's use that as the benchmark now.
It's a website which is great for stats, when it comes to transfer fees it's a little less reliable, they base their information on opinion rather than concrete facts.I have no idea what that is, but I would guess anyone external has as much insight into clubs dealings as anyone else, why would our club report sensitive information externally?
Are they talking the overall fee including clauses that may never be met? Are they talking the guaranteed amount? The fact is nobody knows.
Just looking at the site now. It says Ollie Cooper is twice as valuable as Ethan Galbraith. Nuts mun. It's a website which is great for stats, when it comes to transfer fees it's a little less reliable, they base their information on opinion rather than concrete facts.
Brendan Rodgers rates Idah and that will do for me.
Just shows what a load of bollocks it is.Just looking at the site now. It says Ollie Cooper is twice as valuable as Ethan Galbraith. Nuts mun.

Quite a lot of Celtic fans were sorry to see him go, Celtic payed over the odds for him but he had a more than useful goal return in the SPFL.He was shit at Norwich, he was shit at Celtic, he's shit for us, hasn't kicked a ball yet in Swans jersey, doesn't matter he's still shit.
Our rise up the leagues was built on signing waifs and strays and giving them a home where they could flourish.
Seems these says some fans still live in the era of the premier league when club hasn't existed there for a long time.
Brendan Rodgers stated several times he wanted to keep Idah, it was a dysfunctional board that decided to sell him.Waifs and strays don't cost £7million (I appreciate that number may be disputed and lower) but he was our marquee signing this summer (I also appreciate that's not his fault), however everything about him I find underwhelming.
His record at Norwich wasn't great (around 1 in 8)
His Celtic record was OK but they were happy to move on pretty quickly
The above are massive red flags but for whatever reason our recruitment department ignored them and seemed to go all in on Idah.
I don't see him flourishing at Swansea, for me he lacks any real drive or passion and it shows in his performances.
How much did Celtic pay for him?Quite a lot of Celtic fans were sorry to see him go, Celtic payed over the odds for him but he had a more than useful goal return in the SPFL.
Eleven million. How much did Celtic pay for him?
