Ooh, interesting - they may have done - I left Capita back in 2004 (I think) so could be since then.

That’s sneaky of them if they have as it doesn’t meet the definition which is (I think) unchanged as has to be unrequited.

You realise we are the only people on here that remotely care 😂😂

"In January 2006, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) changed the classification of the licence fee from a service charge to a tax."

"Explaining the change, the ONS said: "in line with the definition of a tax, the licence fee is a compulsory payment which is not paid solely for access to BBC services."

I care and I agree with you that by definition it is a fee not a tax. However, the ONS did indeed change the classification of the licence fee from a service charge to a tax. The ONS said "in line with the definition of a tax, the licence fee is a compulsory payment which is not paid solely for access to BBC services. A licence is required to receive ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, satellite, or cable".

Wow on ITV news they just mentioned South Wales Police were approached

Didn't think they could do that? Essentially gives the game up.

Oh ffs, I’d be gutted if it turns out to be him. Absolutely gutted. I always had such respect for his handling of local issues of real concern to local people. Indeed, thousands more like me see Kenny Twat as an institution.

This site is bloody marvellous at times.

At the risk of sounding like an 'in the know' type. My brother has asked a friend who would be 'in the know' and they've confirmed all our worst fears are true.

A 4th young man has come forward with allegations against the same BBC presenter - with the BBC news team confirming that messages sent to one were definitely from the presenters phone.

Time the cowardly cvnt came forward now, fellow presenters getting pissed off with pointed fingers.

Well it looks like it's only me who doesn't know who this presenter is.....

hint, hint.

I wish Jeremy Vine would shut the feck up, he is such a patronising prick.

I don’t see what viewers or listeners see in him just full of crap and wants to be at the centre of everything..

I think he's got a valid point in saying the guy should come forward cos there are others getting shit online.

What has the guy got to come forward for?

He has denied that anything has happened the “victim” has denied anything has happened, the parents and the Sun have claimed something untoward has happened but where is the evidence?

The actual evidence of any wrongdoing does not seem to have been obtained by anyone, why didn’t the Sun have copies of the bank accounts or the photo's of the TV presenter that the mother claims to have seen?

His career is finished now whatever happens, why get the press all over you when you have not seen the evidence to back up the allegations that 3rd parties have made.
