• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Weird reaction by the Aussies especially considering they won the first game and the second is it Lord’s where they traditionally do well. Robinson has clearly got under their skin. Which is quite funny really given the mouthing of the Aussies always do. All part of the fun.
In between crying like babies when they get caught out

Well exactly. Big tough Aussie blokes they are until someone gives the same back or they get rumbled.

I still believe their invention of the insult 'whinging Poms' (which is admittedly funny) is the most hypocritical insult a nation has ever invented for another...

Sounds familiar actually to another South African cricketer who represented England. Give it out all day long, but when it came back, different story.

Has there ever been a sporting institution that has churned out so many d*ckheads, at such consistency as the Saes Cricket?

England team to play Australia in second Test at Lord’s:

1. Ben Duckett, 2. Zak Crawley, 3. Ollie Pope, 4. Joe Root, 5. Harry Brook, 6. Ben Stokes (capt), 7. Jonny Bairstow (wk), 8. Stuart Broad, 9. Ollie Robinson, 10. Josh Tongue, 11. James Anderson

4 man pace attack with Root as spinner.

Mitchy Starc come in for lords maybe? Quick, get him down the hill.

He’ll go for six an over.

That's the risk but could also take wickets against reckless batting.

That's par nowadays under Stokes and McCullum

They’ll probably stick with Boland anyway. Daft to change a winning team if you don’t have to.
