• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

People who U-turn at mini-roundabouts.

Particular the one on the entrance to Neath, people fly through there.

This may very well be operator error but it's a right royal PITA.

I open the mail app on my iPhone. There's a message that I forward to Mrs Bear.

I then reply to the original message. But it also goes to Mrs Bear.

It has happened multi times (I'm a slow learner) but what's the rationale behind it doing what it does?

This weather, been awake since half 5 this morning, with the howling winds and rattling every crap under the sun. And it’s painful reading about the polar vortex, (google it) I reckon first or second week of February we are going to get hit big time, with really cold weather and snow.

Manchester Airport. I went there and back in a day yesterday for a meeting. Nothing works there, and everything is miles from everything else. Not good if you've got dodgy knees like me.

Arrived at Terminal 1 and had to walk about half a mile on an outside walkway to Terminal 3 to find the train station, which is really badly signed. To get to station, you have to walk another quarter mile on a covered walkway with travelators. Of course, they don't work!

Same palaver on the way back, same long walk, and in the departure lounge I wanted a pee, only to find toilets were another 70/80 yards down a corridor. Put them where people are waiting, FFS!
SORT IT OUT, ANDY BURNHAM!

Not sure he can do anything about your knees in all fairness to him.

Those flags that they wave in front of the east stand before the game depicting Swans legends.
They’ve now got Cullen and cabango, not to mention Andy Robinson. Legends they are not.

Those are the leg end flags
