The lad has played over 50 games in the Eredivisie, mainly with Excelsior Rotterdam, playing against the likes of Ajax. I don't get why Luke is:
1) Chipping away at the lad's confidence in the press by saying he has a long way to go (Luke may be right about that but keep it private and out of the press)
2)Why Luke thinks the Championship is much more demanding than the Eredivisie
