For the avoidance of doubt Lisa - we need to ship Williams out, he’s a sunk cost - ie the decisions right NOW are around optimising our chances of kicking on - and as such the Williams (sunk) cost is immaterial.

It really is that simple. Yeah ?

You've been spending too much time over there you have list your own power to think and rationalise

Oh dear, you’re clearly coming at this from a bookkeeper’s perspective instead of a strategic front foot investor, and still missing the point re Williams and the absolute sunk cost he is.

Kinell - we don’t want to avoid sacking - he’s sunk, like a dead parrot.

You’ve tied yourself up in a silly little loop, along with your harking back loop.

Clever ish Folk like you are better placed adding not Detracting from the collective Swans’ offering right now, surely ?
You do realise that the hiring and firing is down to the owners and not us fans!?!
You spend all your time preaching to us and how these owners, who are the ones in control, want to progress but yet they have not got rid of Williams.

You are trying to make us all believe these owners want him gone and so on, you are going on like we are the ones who are making the decision on theses owners behalf.

You are, like your previous usernames just starting to stink the place out with your obsessive agenda that none of us have no control on.......but yet the ones you state have got fed up are yet to pull the trigger.

You don't like him, we get it....we all bloody get it! It's the owners, the ones who you are praising are the ones who are still keeping him in the job.

Eh?
C’mon Daps you’re better than that.
So it sounds like you agree we should get shot. Tidy

Personally, no I don't think he should go.

Hopefully the new owners get 3 good players in, players in the key areas that increase the squads output.

Be good if we can get this young Welsh lad from Wycombe in this week, Cabango being out for a few weeks more and all...
It would be nice if we could get something over the line.

Don't know that much about him apart from Wycombe are having a good season with him in the side.

Think they are playing hardball as his regular centre half partner has just been recalled by WBA.
Doesn't help the guy who stepped in to play at centre half with him today then got sent off.

It's an area that we need a body to come in given Abbey has now left but ultimately won't strengthen the starting 11 given Darling and Cabango will be the 1st choices.

Could argue Darling and Cabango are first choice because we don't have an adequate second choice to push them. Unless it's injury or suspension they are guaranteed a start.

If only we’d loaned in a centre back at the start of the season…

or gently drip fed the blooding of a youngster, like we did with Cabango and Rodon alongside a more experienced partner.

Got to be someone in the youth set up capable of stepping up, otherwise what's the point?

It’s a bit of an indictment of our current lot that you’re wanting Yates back…

Obviously we all want them to all suddenly become fantastic and turn into a wonderful team but it is amusing that people feel sorry for players being criticised as though they’re amateurs doing their best. They are paid thousands and thousands a week to play at this level. It’s perfectly reasonable to say they don’t appear to be good enough.
They may be good enough elsewhere. They may be giving their all. It’s not even their fault. It’s the fault of those who’ve scouted them for us.
Kris O'Leary, Williams has said so.. they haven't even got out of league two these pair, now they're defacto geniuses.. pay peanuts, get monkeys..
