I don’t think there’s one genuine premier league quality player on that pitch. Bale will do the odd thing so has to stay on but he’s mostly gone. Allen gone, James easy to play against if you give him no space. And then you have Gunter, Mepham, Williams. Genuine league 1 dross. Then..Pagey”. Conference manager. Playing the worst team in the group and looking well matched. I still expect them to nick it, but this all looks a bit bleak for the next few years at least. If you don’t have the talent, what can you do? Cooperball maybe.
