Where Do We Go From Here? Wiliams Is Killing Us! Any Suggestions?

It's clear that Williams is in trouble, I hope he turns it around but clearly a lot of fans have had it with him given some of the stuff people are typing about him.
Far too much of people's anger and annoyance is aimed at Williams when it alot more of it should be aimed at Coleman and co as they have the power to call the shots and make the decisions, it's obvious there is no intention to get rid of the manager.

It's upto the people who sit in their house on matchday just posting on the matchday thread to get down the stadium and make their voices heard if they want things to change.
I get people are going to post back to me saying this and that but the reality is that people don't want to hear things they don't like......and I know the ones who sit on their arses just racking up the posts on a matchday thread home game after home game will be the ones who will not like it the most.
The reality is fans vote with their feet, and not turning up is the absolute strongest message they can put across that they won't put up with this.
If your local was refusing to clean the pipes and the beer was shit, you wouldn't go would you.
As for Luke, on arrival he promised us tge complete opposite of what wer watching. The guy is clueless and I'm sorry to say...a fraud. People arnt stupid.

Williams is a one trick pony, don't buy in to this nonsense what he's serving up week in week out is down to the chairman.

Is Coleman telling him who to select, make changes during the game and constantly pass sides ways and backwards?

It's not up to people who would rather sit in their armchairs and save money watching the crap being served up over the last 12 months and make their voices heard.

It is an entertainment business more now than ever due to the money involved. If the manager gave fans something to be excited about, they would go to the game.

It is a bit pompous preaching to people on how to spend their money.

Exactly.

Telling people how to spend their money watching that shit makes me laugh.

But apparently the best way when change is needed is to get down there and waste more of your money.

I've got a season ticket so luckily don't have to spend money weekly to go and watch but even I have missed more than I usually would this season. My son is as loyal as they come but even he is struggling to want to go the night matches. He is 9.

Imagine a family paying over £100 to watch that shit.

Yep, let's throw more of our own money at the club with what they're offering.

I forked out £200 on Sunday for six of us to watch them play Bristol City. That didn't include what we spent on the train, beer or food.

Work all day and then travel to the stadium in the cold and dark to watch that crap on a Wednesday, nah you're alright.

So it would be down to Coleman to act then, surely?

We all want to be entertained but ultimately it's our club through thick and thin. If fans don't go because they are not being entertained then it's probably for the best.....we knew there would come a time when numbers would drop off after relegation from the prem.

It's not just about being entertainment though it is our club but fans will support if they believe progress can be seen even if very slowly.

Well again, if costs are too much then the club should be doing something if people who would like to go can't afford it. They won't do anything if people just sit on their hands and keep their mouth closed!

It's better to have an extra 5k going and paying let's say £15 for a ticket than 5k not going because they can't afford to pay £35.

I would say this is where the supporters trust needs to stand up and take note.

Yes, the decision sits with him and no doubt he will make it when the time is right.

It is probably for the best for some of the most loyal fans walk away from what is currently being served up on a weekly basis.

Empty seats will have far more of an impact than the odd chant here and there which quickly fizzles out due to the apathy within side the ground.

Doesn't help when people on a fans forum start making subtle digs at others because they've had enough.

Yeah I get that, now you are hitting the nail on the head.
I have seen the club nearly go under, others have seen it nearly happen twice and for me the gates dropping below an acceptable level is a concern because it effects the club regardless who is in charge.

I remember back when Russell Martin came in, fans were setting the poison early and I feared it would just set in and in time it has really sank into the club.....it was started by posters who never went to games and it slowly set in to many fans.

I get pointed out for being a Martin and Williams fan but I never owned a welcome pack, I just worried about the long lasting effect it would have with the club when this poison was introduced and continually pumped in.

The buck should always stop with the owners, we all like a moan but ultimately the owners pick the manager, sack the manager and bring in and let players go.....the owners are the ones who make the decisions and their the ones who need the concentration to be aimed at.

We have some guys on board have some real financial punch, they will notice the crowds dropping but they won't totally care. It's going to have to take another few thousand to drop off, I am guessing below 8k regularly before they take notice, luckily we have a solid enough fan base who will follow through thick and thin that will likely not see us drop below that figure as a championship club.

One minute you're telling people to attend games and now you're telling them to stay away.

Which one is it?

Do you have examples of people setting the poison early or is this just another exaggeration.........

The time was right weeks ago. Coleman can’t even see it now.

Their far from digs, I am just highlighting my opinion on the matter, I can't be helped if people are taking them as digs because I can assure you that is not what I am aiming for.
I would so love that we have sell outs every week and people singing their heads off for 90mind.

As for Coleman making the decision and doing so when the time is right......many on here appear to believe that time was a while back and I don't disagree with them.

Coleman and making the right decision are not exactly a given.......he will need a nudge and a big one at that.

They are digs, you do it all the time.
