We could be bottom of league 2 and it still wouldn't happen.

Literally what harm could it do to offer him a cheap pay as you play contract. Hes living local anyway, still has ties to the club&seeing as he's been training with Newport recently is still eager to be involved in the sport. We're short on fit strikers and hes different to the ones we've got. No brainer
