He had a worse league win % than Duff 3 games ago.. and Duff got the boot.. plus we went 9 hours without scoring 3 games ago.. if that's knee-jerk carry on..What a joke many of our fan base.
Always been the same. Knee jerk either way constantly.
You don’t make judgements based on results. It’s a much wider analysis that is required. He had a worse league win % than Duff 3 games ago.. and Duff got the boot.. plus we went 9 hours without scoring 3 games ago.. if that's knee-jerk carry on..
You've posted the most stupid post I think you've ever made.. it's a results based business, Williams win % went below Duffs and we didn't score for 9 hours.. wider analysis.. he's also spent over 8 million pounds and the crowds have dropped below 12k.. that's all you need to know, Williams is lucky he manufactured his interviews.. honestly, he's only in the job now, because the players decided to actually give a f*ckYou don’t make judgements based on results. Duff was clearly not up to the job. That wasn’t his fault he’s just L1 tops. Like eg Kenny Jackett.
So the players were responsible for the run previous to these last 2 games? They then decided to give a f*ck!You've posted the most stupid post I think you've ever made.. it's a results based business, Williams win % went below Duffs and we didn't score for 9 hours.. wider analysis.. he's also spent over 8 million pounds and the crowds have dropped below 12k.. that's all you need to know, Williams is lucky he manufactured his interviews.. honestly, he's only in the job now, because the players decided to actually give a f*ck
You clearly didn't watch us during that 9 hours without a goal period, where Grimes was stroking it about like a veterans charity match.. and we didn't look like scoring a goal.So the players were responsible for the run previous to these last 2 games? They then decided to give a f*ck!
Lucky we didn't get rid of Williams given the players lack of professionalism based on your view then.
I certainly think it was a knee jerk reaction based on just 5 games.
But during that time we were defensive solid which is always the first step to becoming a decent side. This forum is crazy for knee jerk reactions, i remember mentioning in the summer that darling and Cabango did well end of the last year and everyone was saying they were league 1 defenders.... Same with vig in pre season, not good etc etc....the list goes on and onYou clearly didn't watch us during that 9 hours without a goal period, where Grimes was stroking it about like a veterans charity match.. and we didn't look like scoring a goal.
It's not though is it, it's based on 30+ games where Williams had a worse win % than Duff and obviously a club record 9 hours without finding the net, but keep making up narratives in your own head
We are 9th with a thin squad. You've posted the most stupid post I think you've ever made.. it's a results based business, Williams win % went below Duffs and we didn't score for 9 hours.. wider analysis.. he's also spent over 8 million pounds and the crowds have dropped below 12k.. that's all you need to know, Williams is lucky he manufactured his interviews.. honestly, he's only in the job now, because the players decided to actually give a f*ck
But you're not winning games are you.. football management is about winning football matches, Williams wasn't.. hence why his win % dipped below Duff levels, remember him, the most hated manager in Swans history.. I'm trying to be fair.. his performance levels since with us showed he was doing worse than Duff.. they're just factsBut during that time we were defensive solid which is always the first step to becoming a decent side. You don't realise you're making stuff up in your own head, this is being honest, understanding and realising facts about this situationWe are 9th with a thin squad.
Attendances were always going to drop season on season after relegation with no return to the Prem.
It's all about being honest, understanding and realising the situation/s.
But unlike duff we at least had a settled plan of play. Our away form this season is really positive, yes we are not creating much but the onus is on the home team and they are barely scraping a shot or two themselves so we are always in with a chance. Yes at home its not clicked yet but with Allen returning and grimes pushing further forward there are clear signs of improvement. But you're not winning games are you.. football management is about winning football matches, Williams wasn't.. hence why his win % dipped below Duff levels, remember him, the most hated manager in Swans history.. I'm just trying to be fair, all the toxicity towards Duff, but Williams was performing worse.. yet fans think he's Pep reincarnated.. it's amazing what a few words can do in interviews and how he's perceivedBut unlike duff we at least had a settled plan of play. Same fans thought Martin was the new messiah, even though we went on that run of 20 odd games without winning.I'm just trying to be fair, all the toxicity towards Duff, but Williams was performing worse.. yet fans think he's Pep reincarnated.. it's amazing what a few words can do in interviews and how he's perceived
We are 9th and it was obvious attendances would drop year after year once relegated. You don't realise you're making stuff up in your own head, this is being honest, understanding and realising facts about this situation
