I’m Williams out if we identify someone. I’m worried we’re going to fuck this up.

I’d rather have a short term pick to keep us safe and identify someone to completely change things.

This season is done. Always been my position and I’m sticking to it. I made mistake of saying he’s right man, I didn’t mean it like that. I didn’t add the context of what I believe. I meant in sense for now, don’t sack him.

Look I’m not going to cry if he goes. I just really worry we’re lumbered with someone who keeps the never ending limbo of rubbish we’ve been subjected to for several years.

I got laughed out of town for saying Tate in short term but I honestly think there’s something in what you say.

But this would be until end of season not if they win 3 on the bounce ending up with a 3 yr contract.

When did tippy tappy get associated with “Swansea way”

Martinez is noted as the pioneer of the Swansea way but I remember a lot of pragmatism when he was in charge.

I mean we players like Darren Pratley who was simply an athlete when Jackett was in charge but became a really good asset with his power and athleticism in a team that was about moving forward up the pitch at pace with incisive passing and well directed long passes. Switching play is a tremendous asset.

Rodgers added more solidification to this style but it all followed.

P1ssing around with 75% possession is not what got us success.

I just fear we’re going to end up with a long ball merchant which means relegation.

There must be someone out there who will take risks and is their own man.

That's my point. At our best 2007-13 tippy tappy it was not. It was clever, fast paced enjoyable football.

Not the bullshit tribute act we see at present.

You'd have to hope that they've lined someone up first. But that's the common sense thing, and we have none.

We don't know how the new regime operate, but something has to change down fairwood, something has to happen because we're not out of the woods concerning relegation to league one, we're very much in the mix this year, previous years we have a reaction, our reaction is getting absolutely destroyed against relegation candidates

I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if he’s still in charge for next weekend.

I genuinely think that we won’t root out the problems in this club until we move to a manager who has the ability to smash the ridiculous power that some players seem to have.

It’s a pattern. Watch for all going ok until a few rumours start circulating about players being unhappy on the training pitch. then how quickly it descends into absolute carnage on the field.

It was like it when Monk was here and it’s like it now.
