Not sure how many "club legends" get released at 29 mind...

Has had injury problems the past 18 months but if we can get a tune out of him could end up being a decent signing.

Assuming that the Woodman deal happens then that's one position that we no longer have to worry about. Having two decent GK's is essential so job done in that respect.

Now to fix the outfield ten and bench.

Set to be announced within 24 hours according to Ian Mitchelmore

I have nothing against Woodman, it’s nice to see how much he loved his time here but I’m not sure at all with this signing. If it was permanent I would get it but another loan? His lack of experience killed us at times last year, no communication, and confidence got killed after a few bad games, not sure it’s a position where we should be letting other clubs players make their mistakes here when we have Benda who seems very highly rated.

I suppose Margetson knows better than me, but I can’t help but think it’s partly down to his job with national team aswell.

Aye. If we're going to be developing a talented young keeper we might as well do it with one we own. Not to mention that's one available loan slot basically taken all season.

Looks like another season long loan for Woodman, Steven Benda might as well look for another club.

How many loans are we allowed?

Confirmed.

Season long loan

Didn’t realise his old man was a keeper until I read that article
