I was talking about North Wales in general and that they speak a more correct form of Welsh there. I lived in North Wales for years. Worked in Mold and Buckley. You have missed the point entirely, and are talking utter shyt, as usual.
Not many people in and around Wrexham speak Welsh - that’s correct.

Why the need for insults? I didn’t insult you.

Its rididulous how these threads get blown off course over nitpickings and semantics. My whole point has been Wrexham are just as Welsh as we are. They also sang Hymns and Arias since the 70s. While they may not be a bigger club than us yet, they could well be soon, and they will probably get to the Premier League. They are probably in a similar spot we were in when Roberto got us up, but with with far brighter commercial prospects. Im going to leave it there. Its exhausting trying make any kind of observations on this forum.
Well ironically you turned a thread about a football club into some sort of language exercise.
As for Wrexham the only thing they have on us is that they’re the older club. They never made the first division or PL and they’ve never won major silverware . They’ve played in Europe but only via the Welsh Cup. We’ve had a top 6 finish, won the league cup and had a moderately successful Europa league campaign.
They may well get to the PL but until they eclipse what we have achieved they aren’t the bigger club . If they get to the play off final would they take 40k fans?

Yes they would take 40,000 fans - but half of them would be arriving on Delta flights to Heathrow.

Relatively few. Wrexham as a county borough has a couple of Welsh medium schools (which I have done some outreach events at). Generally the coastal strip (until past Llandudno), Deeside and Wrexham are strongly anglophone. Inland and west of Llandudno are strongly Welsh speaking.
