It’s a pretty decent standard of football, certainly on a par with League Two.

I’ve found myself following the National League much more closely than the premier league recently due to my new found interest in Dorking Wanderers. I’d happily watch a NL game over a Prem game any day of the week.

What’s the link to Dorking?

I saw an episode of “Dorking uncovered” on the “Bunch of amachers” YouTube channel going back about a year or so ago and the story of them rising up from local park football to bordering on promotion to the national league really intrigued me.

I also really like the manager Mark White who’s a bit of a character who is also the owner, chairman, tea lady and everything in between. They’re 1 of only 2 or 3 clubs in the NL who aren’t professional and the majority of their players have come up through the leagues with them as well. They’ve done absolutely fantastic to even stay in the league considering they have no budget for transfers etc. I can see them doing well over the next couple seasons.

Momentum is deadly.

I expect them to piss League Two next year aswell

Hollywood owners shedding real tears of joy. Similar to ours . . . . . . Well done Wrexham
