• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

That’s a little bit of a reality check for Bazball. If they approach an India or Australia game like that then it will be over in two and a half days.

"For the first three days of England’s Test against India, the cheapest adult ticket includes a restricted view and is priced at £90, with the most expensive set at £175, and accessibility tickets at £120."

That’s fućking mental.

Hey kids, let’s go to Lords and watch the India test. It’s £300 for our tickets, we’ll all have a hog roast lunch at 15 quid each, I’ll have a few beers and you can have whatever you want to drink. If you’re still hungry around tea we’ll grab a hot dog. We’ll catch the train in as I can have a beer. It should all come in for less than £500. I hope it stays dry.

Blimey! I watched the opening ten overs or so and it was a bit slow paced, it clearly went boom quite quickly thereafter.
There's something about watching cricket in England at this time of the year, basically winter 😂
Boiling up to be a great finish...
