I really don't think there's much more to it than Coventry have, for reasons known only to them, decided to pay us £4m for a painfully average 30-yo CM who doesn't tackle, assist or score goals, and can't take set pieces. ok long time planet swans lurker here but had to butt in as everyone seems to be overlooking this line from the article, and ok could be described as the usual platitudes you rain upon the club you just joined but on the other hand it could also be taken as a dig at the hierarchy at our club.
