It's going to a hard gig for someone else for sure if it doesn't go off smoothly. If he comes instead of Sheehan and doesn’t hit the ground running he gonna find himself as the filling in a shit sandwich very quickly. I don’t think he’d get the patience some others have.
Hopefully if this happens then the picture will be made clearer similar to the Borini situation.I think you might be right. Shoot me now.
I think the decision was made (by Sheehan and the club) when he first turned down the interim to end of season idea.
I haven’t been keeping up with the Swedish angle. He’s not another Guardiola type ‘possession’ tosspot is he? That would be a problem.
Is this the same guy with pass map of arrows pointing at each other inbetween the 18 yard box and halfway line?“With both goal kicks and build-up, Värnamo always have a vertical focus”

He's probably the best manager Cardiff could hope for. If we don't appoint him someone will and it could be them.Sheehan will be a manager at a Championship club next season. Whether it'll be for us is the issue.
Last thing I want is a "stick to the process" at all costs type of manager. We've been there and failed miserably.I’d much prefer a manager who can adapt each game to set up against opponents rather than a one style at all costs focused manager, we can see Sheehan get the team to play some nice football and we can see him getting them do the ugly side just as well, which imo is a win win, I’d be gutted if Sheehan moves on now.
If this fella is appointed and it's more sideways and backwards, it could get toxic quite quickly.
