Boro ended up 0-4. I thought they were shyte on saturday and I still do.
Chance missed that was. Should have changed tack at half time when we saw how cack they were. Lisa’s right, chucking points away at the start is a waste. I hope we don’t go scaredy cat against SU. Brizzle showed they are defensively weak and how to beat them.

Anyway, job done tonight. Who’s next? Scum? Gogs?

This time last year we mustered up 2 shots v Wycombe and went out. At least this time we created 20 and scored 3.

Whatever people's views are on Vip.. he clearly doesn't like the physical part of the game and always looks slow and on his heels. He has a decent shot on him but sadly that isn't enough in this league.

Galbraith is a great upgrade on Grimes and Widdel reminds me of Joe Allen for his tenacious work rate.

Casey looks a prospect and both Parkers did okay.

Cooper with Fulton and Vip need another challenge in their respective careers.

Happy enough with that tonight, sloppy goal to concede though.
Galbraith,Tymon,Ronald and Casey all played well.
Casey reminds me of Chico and might give Burgess a run for that place in the team alongside Cabango.

My only concern was Widell. He looks like he might need a bit of time, we have plenty of options so it won't be a disaster but he just seems to be a player with a lot of energy but not great on the ball.
Eom needs to learn to pass the bloody ball aswell 👍

Bromley just knocked out Ipswich on pens too
Several sizeable upsets tonight

Did well to avoid the banana skin especially considering our lackluster opening performance against Boro and our woeful preseason form

Really enjoyed that tonight, great to see plenty of attack minded football being played.

I said a few weeks ago that Galbraith will prove to be a better player for us than O'Brien, the guy is class.

Inoussa and Tymon were playing some great stuff down the left in the first half.

I'm glad for Wales to get off the mark already, that should help his confidence.

Ronald was his usual self, very hot and cold and Eom still has terrible decision making/end product. I think the Congreve offside late on was because Eom held onto the ball for too long and delayed playing the pass.

It's probably worth keeping in mind that Crawley are currently 91st out of the 92 EFL clubs so I'm not getting too carried away by the performance. Saturday will be a tough test, hopefully we can see more of the same attacking football

I went along tonight, throughly enjoyed. Galbraith was superb. Widdel, Parker, Tymon, all put a great shift in, I wasn’t disappointed in anything I saw earlier. Well maybe the goal they scored, defensively could have done a lot better there. Note to self, I need to get down there to watch live more often.

Concur, Andrew. Tidy.

3-1 was the minimum expectation, as expressed.

A tick in the box, let’s all hope Sheezy and his massively diluted quorum inject some semblance of proper Swanseafooty, ‘prompto’.

Tonight was meek Swanseafooty-light.

Looking forwards to a massively more exciting season, shed entirely of Martin-Willyballs nonsense.

Let’s all enjoy the fruits of our excellent best in class recruitment apparatus and massively generous American investors pumping ever more hard earned $greenback…….

I can't tell if you are happy or not? 😂😂

Galbraith - brilliant
Inoussa - lively
Vipotnik - dismal
Wales - nippy
Casey - decent

The challenge on Franco was bloody terrible and I'm amazed he walked away relatively unscathed. Hope he's fit for SU.

Early days and we know what's needed but I'll still go with a total lack of urgency in our play tonight.
Totally wrong! Poor assessment. I was one of the harshest critics of Saturday's performance, but that was far, far better. On another night could have scored 5 or 6. And it showed why Fulton shouldn't be within a hundred miles of this club. People played in their correct positions. Special mention for Casey, who looked immense alongside Burgess, and Galbraith is going to be hard to hold onto in January if he continues like that.

I think Casey showed enough to keep Cabango out of the team at the moment. I certainly wouldn't leave Burgess out. Wins every header and more than tidy on the ground. Immense presence in defence.
