I would GUESS that this is a power move to force their board to sign Dolberg. They have been linked with him recently and there has apparently been tension between BR and the board regarding signings recently. Still think both will be wrapped up in next day or so.

ok but where are we if they do not get a replacemrnt in?
if he is here the club (celtic) not Brendan must have agreed everything so wonder will they allow him to sign or do we go for plan w x or y in a last min rush ????

Interesting. I'm well aware that will be a compilation of his best stuff and we're not going to see that every game, but he certainly seems able to do plenty of things I don't think we will ever see from VIP, such as dribbling for starters. Vip doesn't have enough pace or quick enough feet for that. Certainly looks like he has most of the tools we've been lacking.

Celtic have agreed terms with Dolberg from Anderlecht Brenda was just giving the board a nudge

No I'm expert by any stretch but 7 big ones for a striker with those stats seems a bit excessive, am I wrong?

Brendan is frustrated by his board and has been complaining about transfers for months.
Sounds like he's getting very fed up but he can't scupper a transfer that his board has approved.
He may be looking to get out.
