• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Alan Sheehan.

Once you all realise what I already know, that we a re mid range champioship team who wont make the playoffs, your Saturdays will get easier.
I don't mind being a mid range championship team, but at least be pretty on eye to watch. We looked like park football at times today.

I agree, but at the same time I think we have another Luke Williams situation. A manager who is starting to look out of his depth in the championship.
I don’t think we have any choice but to give him time to learn. I felt the same with Willy and Martin, but neither ever did, even when it looked like Martin had, he just ignored what he was seeing and went back to his garbage.

We are now worse than plain Vanilla.

Effin MeeeWow looked more like a Swans team than Sheeezyballs today. Utterly unforgivable abandonment of his duty to protect our USP.

This is all on Sheeezy, in so many ways.

Something needs to give, ‘prompto’
I can't disagree with that.

Getting long throws into the box in hope with 10mins still to go just doesn't sit right with me.

Bringing Idah on to go up top!!!!!!! You bring Cullen in put him at 10 with 2 holders.
We have creative players but it's like their playing with restrictions.

It's going to be a very boring and frustrating season if it continues like this.

Yeah, I’ve thought some of the mania is nuts. Then again, every other championship team looks like a mid range championship team too!

Absolutely he will, or should be. We can’t just keep sacking managers after a few games.
Some of our fans clearly don’t operate in the real, Commercial world, aye.

Sheeezy is very much a sunk cost - the bigger picture right now is to focus on what’s best for our Club achieving its massive expectations.

We need and deserve far far better than this B-lister destroying our identify and pushing proper fans away.

Could hear a pin drop in the Swansea.com morgue today, ffs.

lol. You like using phrases you don’t really understand don’t you, you berk.

The usual suspects come out everytime we lose or draw. Sheehan out getting bit boring now.

I’m a Sheehan sceptic but I can’t see the owners getting rid of him mid season unless we are in mortal danger. If we finish lower mid table I could see them maybe pulling the trigger at the end of the season. We know they have a bit of a ruthless edge.

I see Sheehan as a steady, safe pair of hands at the moment. It’s up to him to prove he can be more than that.

It's not a case of that. The Plymouth fixture home last season was a joy to watch, 3 goals scored, could have been 7 , and a performance full of attacking intent. I've seen nothing close to it since , particularly this season. Most home league games this season have been an absolute bore fest. We had 2 shots on target today in 90 minutes, one in each half, that's a shocking statistic with the quality we have in our squad.
