Yeah whatever, trying to turn it into somehow it's my fault like you do to numerous posters.. why would I wind myself up arguing with a nobody.. I'm as calm as ever.. how old are you? I'm surprised your wife has stuck around for so long

Knock it on the head, this thread has been ruined enough. I'm out, I suggest you try the same before you get banned, again.

Is Galbraith Premier League quality??

He is good, very good, however not sure any Premier teams would be looking to sign him right now.

Which Premier League team would he command a starting position?
Think your looking at it the wrong way in terms of him being a guaranteed a starter for a team. I think his main use is that he's a plug and play player who won't require any change to a system to accommodate, that is a dream for a Brentford/Fulham sort of team.

His strength isn't that he's unbelievable in one role but solid in multiple (for Prem standards) and for a fee of 12-15mill I think Prem teams would see it as a solid investment.

£12m for some Prem teams, is back of the sofa money, for taking a punt on a young raising star type of player. I am hoping our board of supposedly multi billionaires, are at least looking to retain his services for this season. Because if he keeps up his motm performances, his sale price will have rocketed by the end of it.
That’s the time to cash in, (if you have to 🙁) and use the profits accordingly.

I don't think he goes in January I think prem teams would want to see it consistently over a season before anything happens.

Clubs will be looking not just at his performances in the Championship but also his international performances, he was the star of the show against Germany making their midfield look like mugs for most of the game.

Will we keep him in January?
I believe we will, he has three and half years to run on his current deal and we would be in a position to demand serious money for him if someone came knocking

Will we keep him in the summer?
Harder to be confident about, that would heavily depend on any good vibes around the club with positive recruitment and looking forward to 26/27 season in my opinion. We would still be in an extremely strong negotiating position and wouldn't have to accept a lowball offer

Given the high turnover of players in our squad over the 2025 summer window, and Vitor’s track record of developing and improving young players, we do not expect the January window to be a particularly busy one for Swansea City.

We will, of course, always be looking for ways to strengthen the squad and if we believe those opportunities are available and would represent good deals for the club then we will look to capitalise, but given the size of the squad we have already, it’s likely January will be relatively quiet.

In other words the cash is staying under the mattress

If you don't think he is top class - ask the Germans who watched him give a collection of mega stars a proper run around for Northern Ireland recently!

Everyone keeps on about the home Germany game, but nobody watched him in the first leg, he was terrible, overrun, sloppy on the ball because he didn't have time, and was lucky to still be on the pitch..

Coventry City v Swansea City
